Since appearances do matter, all the drivers are attired in neat white uniforms. Those driving the luxury vehicles are conversant in English, Hindi and Telugu, while the drivers for the economy vehicles speak fluent Telugu and have basic conversational skills in English and Hindi.
Charges – Arnav Travels follows a fixed-charge policy. The minimum slab is four hours or 40 kilometers, and the maximum slab is eight hours or 80 kilometers, with an extra charge for every extra kilometer. For corporates, the agency first provides a quotation and, thereafter, fixes charges accordingly.
